How to Get Your Tennessee Driving Record

Your Tennessee driving record can be obtained through the Department of Safety in person or through one of their driver express centers. You will need your name, date of birth and driver license number. You can mail your request, along with $5 cashier's check or money order payable to the Tennessee Department of Public Safety to:
